Made with Heart, Shared with Joy

Thank you very much for stopping by — I’m delighted to have you here.

I’m Sarah, the maker behind Elemental Pottery. Working from my small home studio in rural Wiltshire, I create handmade ceramics inspired by nature, wellbeing and colour.

Every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care to bring beauty, warmth and a sense of connection to everyday life. I chose the name Elemental Pottery because Earth, Air, Fire and Water are all part of the process: the clay from the earth, the air as it dries, the fire of the kiln, and the water and glazes that bring colour and finish. Each element leaves its mark, so every object is unique — full of small variations, textures and the gentle imperfections that make handmade things comforting.

My work range includes mugs and bowls that feel good in the hand, miniature sculptures, and wellbeing items such as cacao cups designed for quiet moments. I love experimenting with glazing techniques and combining subtle natural tones with brighter colours to bring a little joy into ordinary routines.
